The Forbes Group recently took part in a trip to the Cameroon to meet with government officials, review potential industrial and agricultural sites and determine operational feasibility with government officials. Meetings with the Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, the Minister of Energy and Water and the head of the Kribi Deep Water sea port project took place to negotiate levels of official involvement in the project as well as development goals to be conjoined with the Forbes Group’s goals for the country.
The Forbes Group is planning on implementing our vertically-integrated zero impact ethanol production facility model in the Cameroon in conjunction with possible parallel development projects designed by the Cameroonian government. There is great potential for growth here due to the under developed agriculture sector and a burgeoning infrastructure currently under development by the government.
